With nine years at NYzipline, Glenn is a force of nature whose drive to create a fun, memorable —and famously vocal—experience is hard for anyone to top. A recently retired software engineer and a proud new Grandpa, Glenn approaches every tour with an infectious joy that’s impossible to ignore. When he isn’t leading groups through the canopy, he’s likely laying down the groove on bass with his band, adding to his impressive 46er hiking accomplishments, or giving back to his community.

Connor has been part of the NYzipline family for five years, but his history here goes back much further—he’s been visiting as a guest since he was a little kid. Now a professional guide, Connor is famous for a booming voice that carries effortlessly across the gorge, ensuring everyone stays engaged and entertained. His constant jokes and jovial character have truly etched their way into the heart of the business. When he isn’t commanding the heights with his signature humor, he is focusing his sharp mind on his university studies in cyber security.

Thacher is our resident, life-sized "bouncing chipmunk." Music fills his life, (sometimes from speakers and maybe sometimes from little voices in his head). Thacher is perpetually in motion. This high-energy, dancing spirit makes him a most lovable guide, bringing a joyful, rhythmic pulse to every group he leads. When he isn't flying through the trees and making guests laugh, he’s focused on his college studies to become a professional cellist—proving that whether it’s a zip line or a bow, he’s always perfectly in tune.

Kyle is a proud second-generation NYzipline guide, following in the footsteps of his older brother, Fred. Now in his own right as a guide, Kyle brings the same dedication and focus to the trees that he does to the mat as an accomplished high school wrestler. This athletic background makes him naturally agile and attentive, ensuring every guest feels secure and energized. When he isn't helping people have an awesome time at the Park, you can usually find him training for his next match—bringing that same competitive spirit and discipline to everything he does.

As our newest guide, Jacob brings a refreshing, wide-eyed enthusiasm to the mountain that is truly infectious. After spending his workdays as a software engineer behind a computer screen, he comes to us on his off days driven by a relentless inspiration to temporarily trade in the keyboard for the great outdoors. This transition from high-tech to high-altitude has made him a unique addition to the team; he infuses every tour he leads with a genuine sense of wonder and a distinct character that turns a simple zip into a memorable adventure.

As the co-owner and creative director, Michael is the visionary behind the Park’s unique character and physical design. A formally trained artist, he treats the forest as his canvas, bringing his imagination to life through totally custom-designed experiences that you won't find anywhere else. By pairing his artistic flair with the structural engineering professionalism of his wife, Olivia, Michael has created an environment that transcends the average adventure park. The result is a seamless blend of form and function that many guests have described as the single best experience of their lives.

Stephanie has been a guide at NYzipline for 7 years. She brings a unique blend of discipline and heart to every tour she leads. A retired state trooper, she possesses a naturally reserved and professional demeanor that instills an immediate sense of confidence in her groups. However, it is her deep emotional intelligence that truly sets her apart; she has a remarkable ability to connect with guests and tries to make their experience a uniquely memorable one.

Now in his fourth year, Fred has undergone an impressive transformation at the Park. While he was our resident "goofball" during his first few seasons, he has matured into a highly responsible young man who manages a group with a level of skill that is truly second to none. He remains a total guest favorite, balancing his natural charisma with professional leadership. When he isn’t leading tours, Fred attends college in Hartford, CT, and can often be found playing his guitar. He is also a proud mentor and big brother to our junior guide, Kyle, continuing the family legacy here at the heights.

Now in her fourth year, Alyssa brings a wealth of experience to our team, having started her journey as a guide before transitioning into her current role as a Welcome Center Host. Whether she’s checking in a large group or offering a kind word to a nervous first-timer, her warm smile and welcoming nature set the perfect tone for the day. When she isn't at the Park, she’s channeling her "really smart" brain into her biomedical studies, with the inspiring goal of becoming a prosthetic bio-engineer.

As one of our junior guides entering her second year, Briar is quickly becoming an essential part of the team while she masters the art of the tour. She brings a quiet, reserved charm to her groups, often leading with a gentle kindness that earns her the title of the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. An avid runner with endless stamina, Briar’s steady energy and thoughtful nature ensure that every guest feels seen and cared for throughout their journey.

Now in his third year with the team, Liam brings a touch of Texas charm to the New York canopy. A football player with a presence as big as his home state, he is often described as a "lovable bear"—quiet, deeply respectful, and incredibly kind. His calm and steady nature has made him an instant favorite, earning the genuine affection of both his fellow guides and every guest who joins his tours. Whether he’s helping someone gear up or leading the way through the trees, Liam’s warm personality makes everyone feel right at home.

Growing up on an adventure park has its perks, and for Phoenix, those perks started at the age of six. Whether he was checking guests in or meticulously setting up harnesses, he has been a fixture at NYzipline for nearly his entire life. As the son of Michael and Olivia, Phoenix literally grew up in the canopy, working his way through the ranks to eventually be promoted to senior guide. While he currently has his sights set on serving his country with the United States Marines, he plans to return to the family business full-time once his service is complete, bringing a lifetime of expertise and a deep-rooted passion back to the Park.

Now in her fifth year at NYzipline, Jamie holds the unique distinction of being the first Welcome Center Host to successfully transition into the role of a zipline guide. This rare dual perspective makes her an invaluable asset; she possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the intricate office operations and the exhilarating experience of the tours themselves. Beyond her technical expertise, Jamie infuses every excursion with an active, fun, and deeply engaging energy that makes her a standout favorite among guests. Currently studying to become a Chiropractor, Jamie has a special place in everyone's heart here at NYzipline.

In his fourth year at NYzipline, Nick brings an undeniable blend of charm, confidence, and charisma to every group he leads. Currently studying engineering, Nick has his sights set on the stars with aspirations of joining the space program. While soaring through our forest canopy may not technically count toward his flight hours for NASA, his technical mind and natural leadership have made him an invaluable asset to the Park. Whether he’s explaining the physics of a zip or just keeping the energy high, Nick ensures every guest’s experience is truly out of this world.

Now in his second season, Elio has become a true spark of energy at the Park. Always seen with a bright smile, he approaches every task and every tour with a level of enthusiasm that is truly contagious. Elio is a team player through and through; he consistently puts in the effort to ensure the operations run smoothly and that every guest feels his genuine excitement for the outdoors. Following in the footsteps of his sister, former guide and now Welcome Center Host Alyssa, he brings a ton of character to the Park with his "super enthusiastic" personality and natural charm. Colby is a born entrepreneur with a wide range of passions that he turns into action; when he’s not up in the trees, he’s likely diving into his side businesses involving cars, reptiles, sneakers and more. His drive and diverse interests make him incredibly fun to be around, ensuring that every tour he leads is as dynamic and engaging as his own entrepreneurial spirit.

If you’ve visited NYzipline at any point since our gates opened in 2016, chances are you’ve met Chuck. A true staple of the Park from almost day one, Chuck has been integral to every single facet of our operation—from the initial build and ongoing maintenance to lead training and guiding. He is the living definition of the "retirement dream" and easily the coolest guy on the mountain; he spends his summers soaring through the canopy as an expert guide and his winters as a legendary Zamboni driver. Chuck isn't just a team member; he’s the inspiration that keeps our gears turning.

Erica has been a vibrant part of the team for five years, bringing her unique, "chameleon-like" energy to every guest interaction. Currently a film student at Syracuse University, she expertly balances a dual nature: she can be a strong, tough leader when the situation calls for it, yet she is equally capable of quiet, thoughtful reservation. No matter which side of her personality is front and center, Erica’s cinematic eye for detail ensures that every tour is a production in its own right —guaranteeing a day filled with laughter, fun, and lasting memories.
