October Zombie Zip Line Tour
During the month of October, we offer our spooky Zombie Zip Line Tour on Friday and Saturday nights. We got a little bored of the same old pumpkin patches and corn mazes for Halloween and thought, let’s take it up a notch, or two, and create a haunted zip line ride. This tour is not for the faint of heart. Imagine being alone and afraid, surrounded by spooky sounds in a dark forest, and then being sent flying into the darkness on a steel cable that you can hardly see, high above the ground. Terrifying, but awesome, right? Join us for an epic haunted ride this October!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Treetop Challenge Course and Zip Line Park?
A – The treetop challenge course in New York, also known as an aerial adventure park, is an exciting activity set high in the treetops where guests move from tree to tree by crossing over Indian Jones-style bridges, Tarzan swings, swinging logs, cargo nets, zip lines, and more. Each guest wears a full-body harness attached to a special safety cable. 8 obstacle courses are set up in different levels of difficulty and height, progressing from easy to “Ninja”.
The New York Zip Line Park utilizes the same full-body harness and safety cable but there are no challenges to move from tree to tree. Guests simply ride a zip line trolley in a 10-zipline canopy-style zip line park from one tree to another. The Zip Line Park activity requires little physical effort.
Do i need prior experience to do the zip line tour or high ropes course?
A – Not at all. Each guest participates in a ground-based training program where they learn to use the equipment. Children as young as 6, up to seniors can learn how to use the equipment. You will also be accompanied by a Tour Guide who will provide assistance if necessary.
do i need to fill out a waiver?
A – Yes, everyone participating in either the challenge course or zip line activities must complete a waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver forms completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be filled out online at the time of reservation to facilitate a faster process during the time of your scheduled adventure or click here to fill out waiver.
How safe is zip lining and the high ropes course?
A – NYzipline was designed and is owned by a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in New York State and meets or exceeds all current NY Safety Standards. The course uses American and European-made gear using 100% attachment applications and is routinely inspected internally and by 3rd parties.
As with all recreational and sport activities, there is always inherent risk, but compared to the average everyday sport activities like soccer, skiing, football, etc., challenge course activities have significantly lower incident ratios.
